One user only cannot archive

Hi One user of mine cannot archive although everything is set correctly, when trying to archive it comes up with "cannot connect". Hi that is because the assigned_user_id and modified_user_id are all set to "1" which is the (default) admin user in Sugar. This limits the searches to ONLY find the admin user. go to "YOUR_SUGAR_INSTANCE/modules/la_LoginAudit" and replace in the file "hook_functions.php" the last query with: $query...

Ok, I have just tried it, seems to work.

However, I now have the problem that my license keys are not working anymore for both "Activities Sync" and "Thunderbird Extension".

I really like to jump ship, what do you suggest to do?

I have just discovered SuiteCRM and I am trying to figure out what I could use in the future ....

Do you know whether the Opacus SugarCRM Thunderbird Extension works with SuiteCRM?

Will you be supporting SuiteCRM in the future considering they have the same code/db base?
