Have you disabled/removed the other version of the extension? We would advise removing both, then re-installing the version for v6.2.

We've not seen this issue on our own email archiving tests. I'd be interested to know if you are still experiencing slow archiving of attachments.

The extension does not nominate folders for archived email, rather it archives emails as distinct records and links to the objects chosen in the extension or found using the auto-archive logic.

This is almost certainly due to user/role configuration in the CRM.

Yes it should work as expected but sometimes your role configuration in Suite/Sugar can prevent results from being seen.

The extension should support this, and I've added the functionality to the next version but it needs testing.

If you are happy to test please install the attached version using the "Install from file" menu in Thunderbird's add-on page and let me know how you get on.
