In version 2 it should automatically search for related records. You must expand the parent record out using the tree to see related records in the results.

If you archive an email to an opportunity it will not also be archived to the contact, you must select the contact as well.

The double click issue is a known bug with the latest version, an update to fix this will be pushed shortly.

In regards to not seeing related accounts, is this in the sidebar or the archive window?

The tasks module is not related to the emails module out of the box with SugarCRM, I assume the same is true for SuiteCRM.

The extension will only allow you to attach emails to modules that have a relationship to the emails module.

This sounds like a bug. I will get it looked into and a new update will be pushed in the very near future.

Hi,

The text in the columns (subject, from, date etc) should change to green when they have been archived by the plugin.

It looks like you do not have access to the leads/contacts module
