Calendar Set-Up on Mountain Lion

Hi, After months of trying to figure out what was wrong with my set-up for the above I have finally worked out that the set-up instructions on the Opacus website page are wrong. Following the instructions below gave an error: Start iCal 1. Go to the Preferences 2. Click on Accounts 3. Click the + (A...

Synch error after installing v 2.2.0.1

Hi I have just downloaded and installed the Outlook plugin version 2.2.0.1. When I try to synchronise appointments, I get an error message and the following log: 2013-02-22 14:14:36,269 [13] ERROR OutlookAddIn.OSOP [(null)] – Failed checking for modified appointment, this appointment will be skipepd...

Sugar 6.5.5 and SAS Compatibility

Hi,

Please can you let me know if SAS is compatible with the above please.

I have upgraded and my Sugar instance is showing loads of formatting errors. I doubt whether the SAS sync is causing the problems, but just wanted to check first.

Thanks for your help.

Kind regards,

Mark

Re: Error Syncing Tasks

Hi Daniel, I have cleared the tasks in Outlook and re-synced. I now get either the same error as described above or a second error which is the same but with the following extra line: Error unregistering events: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. No tasks were synced by the way. I...

Re: Error Syncing Tasks

Hi Daniel, We do see the progress bar (for ages as it happens) and then it disappears. No 'progress' seems to be made, no dialogue message (updating 1 of 4, 2 of 4 etc) and then back to Outlook. I will try clearing all Outlook tasks and see what happens. I will let you know asap. Kind regards, Mark

Error Syncing Tasks

Hi, We are using the latest version of the plug in which at first glance seemed to be working OK, but noticed yesterday that tasks are not syncing either way. The error log is as follows: 2012-09-21 12:30:40,826 [VSTA_Main] INFO OutlookAddIn.OSOP [(null)] – Logger initialised 2012-09-21 12:30:43,794...

Re: [Workaround] Fix for 'error in deserializing body of reply'

Hi Nigel, I experienced exactly the same things you describe and found that deleting all Outlook data (export all the data first so you have a copy in case this doesn't work for you) and changing the value in the Add-in Config file to 1116384 worked for me. I updated one of our computers yesterday a...

Re: [Workaround] Fix for 'error in deserializing body of reply'

Hi Daniel, I forgot to mention that in order for the above to work all data (contacts, appointments, tasks etc.) had to be deleted from Outlook before syncing would work. If data wasn't deleted then no sync would take place and all that would happen is that the progress bar would show, with nothing ...

Re: [Workaround] Fix for 'error in deserializing body of reply'

Hi Daniel, Success. Close Outlook, set the value in the file you describe to 1116384, save, open Outlook, reset the sync time as described (you may get 'Unable to Authenticate' error at this stage and if you do click the restore settings button and follow the above from and including the open Outloo...
