Keep getting error - Key is Invalid

Recently purchased a few licenses of SugarCRM Outlook Plugin, was using the lite version before. Now, when I put in the activation key and get the License Key, still get "Key is Invalid, All features disbled, No expiry date". Re-installed, no luck. Any ideas why this is happening?
