Accounts don't get moved to CRM

Accounts don't get moved to CRM

I'm trying out the Outlook pro plugin.

When moving contacts from Outlook 2010 to SuiteCrm 7.1.2 (Sugar Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001)) contacts are moved but not the Account data. I tested both in the 2 and 3 versions.

Have I missed something?

PS I saw I posted on lite first. Now correct

What is the expected behaviour you are looking for with accounts?

I was expecting the Accounts to be synced from Outlook to Sugar, however they were not - only contacts were synced but not updated after changes in Outlook.

I did find a quick and dirty solution though. I made a temp folder in outlook and moved all contacts into the folder and then back again. Apparently there was some sort of flag preventing contact updates and Accounts to be synced that was cleared.

I guess there has to be a much smarter solution to reset flags?
