URGENT HELP NEEDED

We have a customer using Outlook 2013, so we bought, downloaded, and installed your Version 3 RC. The users have not been able to sync their Outlook calendars to Sugar (CE, Version 6.5.16 (Build 1082)). WORSE, ALL OF THE USERS NOW HAVE MANY EXTRANEOUS, UNFAMILIAR, AND INCORRECT APPOINTMENTS IN THEIR OUTLOOK CALENDARS!! Their calendars are virtually useless. Needless to say, this is a HUGE issue, for them and for us. Please have someone get in touch with us to discuss. In the US: 914-524-8660.
