Activation fails when upgraded to Outlook Plugin v3

Our company has upgraded its subscription from Office 2007 to Office 365. I've tried to install version 3 of the Outlook Plugin but activation fails with the Activation Key purchased one month ago and registered previously with Outlook Plugin v2. Please, advise.
