Got a problem with the Opacus Professional SugarCRM Outlook Plugin ? Please post it here

I have reset my pass word and tried everything, but it keeps telling me I am not authorized to see this when I try to access our license. Mine personal has expired and I purchased a new one, but I get the same message when trying to access the portal from the link in the email I was sent after purchase. I need this ASAP. Can someone at least get the new license to me, so I can get some work done. Thank you for your help. With over 25 users in our office and this number growing, I need this fixed in order to move forward. Maybe I should just open a new account or something. Very frustrating.
We also bought new licenses toy our company and having the same issue. Why cant we access the new licenses, its been 6 weeks since emailed about this issue. Can someone please respond or help us with this issue?
