Unable to sync appointments

Hi,

I am using SugarCRM Outlook Plugin v2 with SugarCRM 6.5.18. I am getting following error in logs.

I have performed various steps mentioned in below topics, but it did not work for me. Please, advice.

Hi,

I am also getting below error while searching accounts in New Record > Contact popup.
