Error in new activation key

Hi, I have also sent in an email to support unfortunately without a response.

We bought 12 new Outlook Plugin licenses but the activation key in our cusrtomer portal shows this:
SugarCRM Thunderbird Extension Professional (Annual License) x4 Outlook Plugin 12 12

So instead of the key, there is just the entry: SugarCRM Thunderbird Extension Professional (Annual License) x4
