extension broken for us since March 14 2016

Dear Sir or Madam,

Since Monday March 14 we have issues using the Opacus SugarCRM extension.

Suddenly the extension is not able to find contact records by email address anymore. We are working around it by manually adding the last name to the search string but this is very time consuming with many mails. For one colleague even this manual search is not returning results.

There was a maintenance scheduled on the weekend before:

It seems that this upgrade has broken something with the extension.

Can you please have a look at this?

Can you please respond to this issue? It has been three weeks without any signs of active support.
We are expecting something better of an subscription-based software.

Same here. We have Sugar V7.6.2.1 and we have to search die contact manually....
We want to use it, but not this way :evil:
