Sync to Outlook Flag doesn't work

Sync to Outlook Flag doesn't work

SugarCRM CE 6.5.24 (Build 509)
Opacus version 1.0.3 of the Thunderbird Professional Extension Test Version
Windows 7 Pro

I use the Sync to Outlook flag in the opacus sync configuration and in the sugarcrm contact but I get no new contact in the thunderbird adressbook. I get the message "No changes at last syncronisation"

What can I do to get only contacts with my Sync to Outlook Flag?
