Send & Archive Button Not Working

Our company has been making the switch to this plug in and one of our people has problems with the Send & Archive. All of a sudden it is no longer working. No error messages pops up. You click on the button and it just doesn't do anything. Worked for the first day. He can Send and then go to the Sent folder and then Archive the email. All the settings are the same. We will have a total of 100 users by the end of March, so want to gt this issue resolved. Thank you all for any help I receive in advance.

The most common cause of this issue is that the parent Thunderbird window has been closed but the compose window is still open. It's a quirk of the extension that it needs the parent window to be open at all times.

If the problem persists even with the parent window open, please can you check for any errors in the Error Console (Tools > Error Console).
