We are using a different tool for tracking cases, and eventually plan to move to SugarCRM. Until then, I would like to auto-archive emails from the other tool via Opacus. The subject line of the email always start with "Ticket XXXX" where XXXX is a number. I've been creating cases in SugarCRM using "Ticket XXXX" and if I could get Opacus to key off the subject line, I could auto-archive them to the appropriate case with ease.
Please consider offering a way to auto-archive using the "Subject" line of emails.
If it's possible today, please share how I can set this up.
