Allow empty Account field when creating case from message

We have several thousand customers and do not use the accounts; they are all contacts.

Unfortunately, we cannot use the feature of creating a new case from an Outlook message as Opacus requires to enter an account. Please allow the account field to be left empty.

Even better: If creating a case from within Outlook, one should be able could pick which object one would like to link the case to (e.g. contact) - or at least make it configurable for all new cases which object type they should be linked to (e.g. contact).

Any update on this? We can't be the only ones not using accounts...
