I’m having an issue configuration Opacus PlugIn for Outlook. When we are trying to login in the configurator, and will make a test, I get this error.
" Could not authenticate, please see the log file for more information "
If I use the same credentials to login directly to Sugar, there are no problems.
If I use the admin account, I don’t get any error, but I can’t use the admin, because then the user won’t get his data correct. I have tried with other non-admin accounts, with the same error result.
I have tried with Opacus Plugin 2.2 and 3.0, with same result, and the Sugar version is 6.5.23.
Can anyone help me ?
