New desktop install for Outlook (MS Windows 10, Outlook 2016) for use with SuiteCRM on hosted shared server.
Several errors occur when Outlook is opened and tries to interrogate Suite CRM. After a short time the spinning "progress circle" continues until no response is received, at which point my IP address is blocked on the server.
The attached Opacus plugin log shows the errors just after first install yesterday from 19:16 to 19:27, and then after my IP was unblocked today between 05:00 and 05:10
I have also attached my dialog with the host providers customer support assistant describing their observations and actions.
I have disabled the plugin by blanking the address field in the settings connection dialog. Is there some plugin config item I've missed that prevents this effect on Apache?
