New License Key Invalid/Expired

I just purchased the Activities sync yesterday. We were issued a license key that Sugar (6.5) is complaining is invalid or expired. I have filed a ticket and e-mailed support but gotten no response.

The generator seems defective, usually gets back to you pretty quickly if this happens.
