Got a problem with the Opacus SugarCRM Activities Sync? Please post it here

I just purchased the Activities sync yesterday. We were issued a license key that Sugar (6.5) is complaining is invalid or expired. I have filed a ticket and e-mailed support but gotten no response.

The generator seems defective, usually jon_at_opacus.co.uk gets back to you pretty quickly if this happens.
