One killer feature prevents it from being effective

How can you see at a glance in Outlook if a contact already exists in SugarCRM ? I can see, when we go live, people are going to be adding duplicates left right and centre. Would be GREAT if there was a way to have a traffic light of "in SugarCRM" or "not in SugarCRM"

I would pay someone to put this feature in if it's feasible.
